Combining Yoga and Tai Chi philosophy and practices we aim to reach a place of Peace within us!

We offer Tai Chi Quan and Qi Gong classes and a variety of Yoga Styles (such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and guided Meditation techniques).
