SINGING CIRCLE with Phoenix Maria

In the darkest hours of the sun’s cycle that follow the winter solstice, spiritual traditions advise us to set our intentions for the coming year. The Austrian musician PHOENIX MARIA will guide participants of this SINGING CIRCLE towards a feeling of unity between our own and others’ souls with universal creation. Simple prayer songs that are easy to follow without rehearsal touch ancient human principles and create healing energy. We consciously use this fulfillment to set a powerful impulse for the time ahead and celebrate the spirit within and without.

Phoenix Maria (@phoenix_m_music) plays guitar, flutes and sings along with the audience. Many years of travelling and playing has shifted his focus from stage performance to participatory singing.

 

YOGA NIDRA with Katia Melnik

YOGA NIDRA, also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided relaxation practice that induces a deep state of conscious rest. Practiced lying down, it involves systematically moving awareness through different parts of the body, focusing on the breath, and visualization. This practice promotes physical relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support overall well-being.

Katia Melnik (@eutopia_center) is a certified Yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices. With a background in Yoga Therapy, she is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where students can explore their practice, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection with themselves. She is one of the owners and co-founder of Eutopia Center.

Cost of participation: Pre-book and pre-pay 15 eur. Drop in and payment at the venue 18 eur.
