Sound therapy is a method based on the therapeutic vibrations of sound that travel through the body's liquid component, which makes up approximately 80% of its total. The sounds spread with transverse, longitudinal, and spiral waves to every cell of the body, reaching deep into their core. As they penetrate all fields of existence, they harmonize, allowing the individual to enter a state of deep relaxation and activate their self-healing abilities.
Together, we will engage in three therapeutic group sessions that create a sequence, providing a complete and cohesive experience simultaneously. Initially, we introduce the sound bowls, which are gently activated in rhythm using a special mallet, creating the appropriate therapeutic vibrations for each energy center. Gradually, we merge the pulsing vibrations of the gong in an abstract manner. Then, the presence of accompanying wind and string instruments guides us to where the mind and soul desire to go. Subsequently, the narrative journey of imagination acts like a hug that takes us by the hand like little children. With care, we allow the experience of the sound bath to unfold in the present, enjoying its beneficial properties.
